Setting up FAQs
- 01You can view package pricing and estimated price ranges on our Services page. For custom projects, send us an inquiry through the Connect page or email us at vxelstudio@gmail.com with your project scope, required deliverables, preferred timeline, and estimated budget. We’ll review the details and provide a tailored quote.
- 02We provide services across brand identity, digital design, print and packaging, and film and AI visual production. Our work includes logo and visual identity systems, packaging, campaign visuals, original short films, commercial films, motion visuals, AI-assisted visual content, and custom creative projects.
- 03Great creative work is more than aesthetics—it creates clarity, builds trust, and gives brands a distinct voice. Every Vxel Studio project begins with understanding your goals, audience, and vision. Through strategy, thoughtful execution, and close collaboration, we create work that is purposeful, distinctive, and designed around the specific needs of each project.
- 04New clients may receive 10% off their first eligible package.
- 05Each package includes a defined set of deliverables, estimated turnaround time, and revision terms. Exact inclusions vary by package, so please review the description on the Services page.
- 06Yes. Package deliverables can be adjusted when the changes are compatible with the project scope. Tell us what you would like to add, remove, or replace, and we’ll provide an updated scope and quote before the project begins.
- 07Yes. The number of included revision rounds varies by package and will be confirmed before the project begins. Additional revisions, new directions, or changes outside the approved scope will be quoted separately.
- 08A standalone service allows you to commission one specific deliverable—such as a logo, poster, banner, packaging design, or product visual—without purchasing a larger package.
- 09The number of included revision rounds depends on the selected package or custom project agreement. The included rounds, feedback process, and any additional revision fees will be confirmed before work begins.
- 10Revision rounds are used to refine the approved creative direction, not to restart the project with a completely new direction. Included revisions vary by package and are confirmed before the project begins. Additional revisions, expanded deliverables, or changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Rush requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- 11Timelines depend on the project type, scope, feedback schedule, and required deliverables. Smaller design projects may take approximately 5–10 business days, while brand identity and film production projects may require several weeks. The final timeline will be confirmed in the project proposal before work begins.
- 12Final files are delivered in the formats agreed for the project. Depending on the service, these may include JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, MP4, MOV, or other required formats. Editable source files are included only when listed in the selected package or project agreement. Fonts, music, stock media, and other third-party assets remain subject to their original license terms.
- 13Projects under $500 require full payment before work begins. Projects from $500 to $2,000 generally require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery. Projects over $2,000 and larger custom engagements may use a milestone-based payment schedule, which will be confirmed in the project agreement.
- 14Because our services involve reserved production time and customized creative work, payments become non-refundable once the agreed work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work begins, refund eligibility will follow the terms confirmed in the project agreement, and payment processing fees may be deducted. Completed services and delivered files are non-refundable.
- 15Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights specified in the project agreement for the approved final deliverables. Editable working files are included only when specifically listed or purchased. Third-party materials—including fonts, music, stock media, and licensed assets—remain subject to their original license terms. Vxel Studio may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality or different usage terms are agreed in writing.
